I have not seen anything with computer craft. You could probably automate it with a bunch of modular routers, one keyed to pull out of the duplicator and into a chest, then filter outputs to send each different thing to a different router, then tie wireless redstone channels to each router and tie the button on a screen to that wireless channel .... I just mass produced the mob duplicator, it is the best way that I know of other than pumping liquids out of dimensions and casting them for the singularities. Some stuff doesn't have a liquid form so the only thing to do is to use the duplicators.
